CJ Jeeps
In May of 1944 the CJ Jeep was available to civilians, and became a fairly popular vehicle to obtain. The CJ Jeep was famous for being a vehicle used by people in the war, so when the CJ was released, customers wanted them. The tailgate and canvas top were two popular features of the CJ Jeep. What caused the move to the Wrangler, was the CJ Jeeps becoming known for rolling over, and being overall unforgiving.

Wrangler YJ
